Peter was admitted in 1974. He was head of the family law department of a Lincoln’s Inn practice for 12 years before joining Dawson Cornwell in 1993.
Peter advises on all areas of family law, particularly complex financial issues arising from matrimonial and relationship breakdown.
He has been a member of Resolution since its foundation in 1982.
Peter is a co-author of “Practical Matrimonial Precedents” published by Sweet & Maxwell, the leading precedent text book on family law. He is also a co-author of the family law section of “The Lawyer’s Factbook” published by Sweet & Maxwell.
He is named as one of the leading family lawyers in London in The Legal 500 and in Legal Experts.
